The Paddington renovation is now water tight and all the services are roughing in their pipes, ducts and wires. This photo shows the ducted air conditioning in the ceiling space. Ducted air con is a lot more effective than it used to be as the inclusion of zone masters allows you to direct the cooling or heating to rooms that you require.
